We're proud to call Hanham Hall our home – one of the UK's most pioneering eco-developments. Located in a beautifully restored Grade II* listed building surrounded by green space, our office is part of a community designed with sustainability at its core.
A Pioneer in Sustainability
Hanham Hall was the first large-scale zero-carbon housing development in England, setting new standards in low-energy construction. From super-insulated buildings and solar panels to mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), every aspect was designed to reduce environmental impact and energy use.
